I expect it will come as no surprise to you that we are closing the store and canceling music lessons for the next two weeks.
My priorities are keeping our community safe and healthy while doing whatever we can to keep our teachers teaching and our students engaged in music lessons.
We will be offering online music lessons for every student who is able and interested.
If you are unable to or uninterested in taking your music lessons online, that is okay. We will put your lessons on hold while we’re closed and you won’t be charged for any cancelled lessons.
Either way, please fill out this survey if you haven’t done so already so that we know what you would like to do. The sooner you respond to the survey, the faster we can prepare.
Conducting online music lessons is new territory for us and I imagine for a lot of you as well. We’ll be working around the clock answering questions, providing support, and doing whatever we can to help make it all work.
Our Accounts Manager, SaRah, put together this FAQ based on conversations we’ve had with students and parents so far. If you have any questions that aren’t answered here please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I’ll answer your questions to the best of my ability and add them to the FAQ.
Stay strong and be well.
